UK Design and manufacture of wideband current measurement transformers and wideband voltage measurement transformers

APPLICATIONS FOR BROADBAND OR WIDEBAND CURRENT TRANSFORMERS

BROADBAND OR WIDEBAND TERMINATED CURRENT TRANSFORMERS

With a broadband terminated current transformer you can accurately measure current waveforms without electrical contact to the circuit under test. Lilco Ltd has taken advantage of the availability of new resistive and magnetic materials to manufacture a range of innovative terminated current transformers (sometimes termed current monitors or current probes). These instruments are capable of faithfully reproducing current waveforms for display on an oscilloscope or capture by a data logger without electrical contact being made to the circuit under test.

They are suitable for the measurement of both sinusoidal and irregular current waveforms. Whether your requirement is to measure capacitor discharge currents of thousands of amps, power semiconductor switching performance or milliamp  currents  in  LF or HF  circuitry,  one of  our terminated  current

58-series-1

 transformers can satisfy your requirements

BROADBAND UNTERMINATED CURRENT TRANSFORMERS

The company also supplies a range of unterminated ring-type current transformers (cts) with good frequency characteristics.

These components can provide an economically attractive alternative to the terminated transformer for incorporation into commercial production equipment. Some models are suitable for current injection.
